Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven…
Heaven isn’t a credit union. Treasure there will not pay the electric bill — though you have to admire the ask.
Pray for wisdom to handle money well. Just don’t confuse the desk with the vault. Earthly treasure ends. Heavenly treasure doesn’t. You build that one by faithfulness: honest work, generous hands, a heart that isn’t owned by the bills.
Be money-wise today. Keep Heaven in view.
