Three Climate Change views. One panic button.
We have a name for almost every weather headline now: Climate Change. Under that umbrella we stuff global warming, ozone depletion, and good old-fashioned pollution. Three different problems. One volume knob, usually turned to panic.
Earth with heartburn. Earth begging for SPF 10,000. Earth taking another puff and coughing. The pictures are funny, but the stewardship is not a joke. We are not owners. We are tenants.
Psalm 24:1 wraps the whole topic:
“The Earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it.” It doesn’t let us shrug, and it doesn’t let us worship the planet either. Care for it. Don’t crown it. Don’t pretend we are God — or that we are helpless.
