Psalm 42:1

As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God.

Dear Pants?

While this young buck has his own idea of deer pants keeping his little ‘hoofies’ dry while trekking in the great outdoors. He also pants for water (to drink) for life.

In contrast, the Psalmist compares a deer’s desire for water to his need for God for his very soul.
