Family Quarrels: Brother? … Father?

Christian Cartoon of tension between Catholics and Protestants

Family Quarrels

One body, many parts? — 1 Corinthians 12:12-27

Brother? … Father?

It’s easy to forget sometimes that… Catholics and Protestants (and Baptists, Pentecostals, etc.) are all part of the same family in Christ — even when we disagree on important things.

Paul’s words in 1 Corinthians 12 are a good reminder: we are one body with many parts. We don’t have to agree on everything to love each other and work together for the Gospel.

Please share in the COMMENTS below: What’s a funny denominational difference you’ve heard?

IMO, we are all funny in how we often think we have it all figured out. So smile mon’.

Also… if you’re able, please consider supporting The Back Pew as we fight the culture wars — ONE CLEAN CARTOON AT A TIME. 😊
