A QR Code Altar Call?

Romans 10:9: If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

John 1:12: Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.

QR codes are incredibly useful tools — but some modern “streamlining” in church can feel like it’s missing the heart of a genuine response to the Gospel.

Mouth. Heart. Receive. Believe. No camera. No code. The thief on the cross did not have bars to scan.

Hibbons meant well. Efficiency is not the gospel. The altar is still a Person.
