My Name Is MEWcifer — 1 Peter 5:8

Christian cartoon illustrating 1 Peter 5:8 with a devil cat named Mewcifer.

1 Peter 5:8

Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.

My name is MEWcifer.

The cartoon is the joke. The verse is a warning.

He does not always look like a lion. Some days he looks like a hairball with horns. Loud. Petty. Looking for a lap to ruin. The point is the same: stay awake, and know …the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. 1 John 4:4

Be sober. Be watchful. The adversary is real. The name Mewcifer is not.
