Back Spasm Psalm

Cartoon of a man in pain with a highlighted spine that looks jumbled, comparing his back to a shaken can of Pringles. Caption quotes Psalm 38:7.

Psalm 38:17

“My back is filled with searing pain; there is no health in my body.”

Psalm 38:7 speaks to me today, as I am bothered by lower back pain.

The cartoon just adds the visual. The guy’s vertebrates look like someone shook a can of Pringles and put it back on the shelf. Everything is still in there. It’s just not lined up the way it used to be…. and there are a few cracked, and… some crumbs.

It’s a light take on a common complaint. A lot of people know the feeling—something that used to work fine now protests every time you move the wrong way. The verse names the pain. The cartoon just notices that some backs look like they’ve been through a rough ride…. and SPINE-O-CAM backs this up.

Not medical advice. Just a familiar ache with a snack reference.
